The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad, joyfully celebrated the auspicious occasions of Eid al-Fitr and Navroz with great enthusiasm and a spirit of unity.

Eid al-Fitr symbolizes gratitude, while Navroz marks a new beginning. Celebrating both festivals on the same day made it a unique opportunity to impart two valuable lessons to the students — the importance of being thankful and embracing fresh starts with positivity.

The day began on a spiritual note as all students visited JK in the morning to offer Eid Namaz. Our hostel student, Arman Verasia, recited the Namaz at City JK with devotion, making the hostel proud.

After the prayers, students connected with their families through phone calls, sharing festive greetings and receiving blessings from their loved ones, which strengthened emotional bonds despite the distance.

In the evening, students once again visited JK, marking the second gathering of the day and continuing the celebrations together. This collective participation fostered a strong sense of belonging, cultural harmony, and togetherness among the students.

Overall, the day was filled with spiritual reflection, gratitude, and joy. The celebration of both Eid al-Fitr and Navroz made it a truly memorable and meaningful occasion for everyone at the hostel.
