CONSTRUCTIVE HOLIDAY ENGAGEMENT: STUDENTS EXPLORE VALUES THROUGH FILM

On 25 December 2025, on the occasion of the holiday, students who remained at The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad were engaged in a purposeful activity designed to combine entertainment with learning. They watched the English movie Golden Winter, which not only provided an enjoyable viewing experience but also offered meaningful insights into important life values, decision-making, and personal growth. Following the screening, students were encouraged to reflect thoughtfully an.



Following the screening, students were encouraged to reflect thoughtfully and respond in writing to five guided questions. These focused on the values portrayed in the film, lessons they learned, how these lessons could be applied in hostel life, and their relevance during examinations. This exercise promoted critical thinking, self-reflection, and a deeper understanding of how values observed in everyday stories can influence behavior and choices.
