EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIP TO LOTHAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE.

On 23 November 2025, 23 Students from The Aga Khan Hostel Botad, participated in an educational field trip organized by Botad REC for the STEP class students. The visit to the historic Lothal Archaeological Site offered a day full of learning, fun, and hands-on experiences.

During the trip, students explored the ancient remains of one of the world’s earliest urban civilizations. They observed architectural wonders, decoded historical structures, and learned about the cultural and societal practices of the Indus Valley Civilization. The experience not only deepened their understanding of early human settlements but also sparked curiosity and appreciation for archaeology and heritage.

The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad sincerely appreciates and acknowledges the dedicated efforts of Ms. Salina Bavania, STEP Teacher, and Ms. Shahenaz Hasnani, Principal for STEP classes. Their commitment, guidance, and tireless contributions have greatly enriched the learning environment and inspired students to achieve their best.
