Alijah Dr. Dilip Bahadurbhai Darediya

A visionary leader whose responsibilities and legacy reflect profound respect, authority, and guidance, Mr. Darediya has been a cornerstone of community progress and institutional excellence. Professionally, he is a Dentist practicing in Botad, and from 2019 to 2026, he has served as the President Saheb of The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad, shaping the growth and direction of the institution with integrity and foresight.

His journey of leadership began long before his presidency. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Darediya served as a Religious Education (RE) Teacher, led Dua Pronunciation Programs, and held key positions as Chairman of ITREB and Council President for Dhandhuka (2002–2005). His strategic mindset and compassionate leadership continued to shine during his tenure as Local Council President for Botad from 2012 to 2015.

A rare honor that reflects his enduring contribution to Jamati service includes the opportunity to dine with our 49th Imam and personally meet members of the Imam’s family—a deeply treasured and inspiring moment in his life.

Beyond Jamati institutions, Mr. Darediya extends his impact through the broader civic sphere as a Member and Director of Giants International India, Botad, a prominent NGO, where he has actively served for over 15 years.

As a dedicated contributor, torchbearer of values, and visionary mentor, Mr. Darediya continues to inspire with his humility, foresight, and commitment to uplifting others. His presence as President Saheb fortifies the mission of The Aga Khan Hostel and leaves an indelible mark on every student, colleague, and initiative he touches.

Mr. Murad Mustakbhai Himani

Mr. Murad Mustakbhai Himani, is a dedicated and accomplished member of our committee. Born on March 2, 1990, Muradbhai is 35 years old, married, and holds an MBA degree. He is the owner of a general store and brings both entrepreneurial acumen and heartfelt community service to all that he does.

His seva in the Jamat Khana includes serving as Mukhi Saheb on Chandraat, with the distinguished honor of having served as Kamadia Saheba of Panch Baar Saal in the past. He played a pivotal role as Conveyor during the Diamond Jubilee Padhramri and continues to serve as a Council Member since 2024. Muradbhai is also an active member of the Aga Khan Hostel Committee, showcasing his commitment to uplifting the community at every level. His presence in our committee brings warmth, wisdom, and unwavering dedication.

Mr. Murad Mustakbhai Himani

Mr. Salim Azizbhai Daudani

Born on January 3, 1976, Mr. Salim Azizbhai Daudani has dedicated nearly two decades to Jamati seva, serving with sincerity and devotion since 2006. His commitment to community upliftment has been reflected in various leadership roles, including serving as Honorary Secretary of the Botad Council from 2009 to 2012 and as a Council Member for Surendranagar-Botad from 2012 to 2015. Holding the distinguished Jamati title of Huzur Mukhi.

Mr. Daudani brings vast experience and excellence to his role. His involvement with IPS spans multiple terms—2017 to 2019, 2021 to 2023, and currently from 2024 to 2025—demonstrating his enduring dedication to Institutional progress. Since 2022, he has been a valued Committee Member of our Hostel, continually contributing wisdom and leadership rooted in his extensive experience and dedication. We are honored to have Mr. Daudani as part of our team and extend deep appreciation for his continued seva.

Mr. Salim Azizbhai Daudani

Mr. Darediya Sanjay Ramanbhai

Born on April 4, 1976, Mr. Darediya Sanjay Ramanbhai exemplifies a lifelong dedication to both secular and religious education, alongside unwavering service to Jamati institutions. With a Diploma in Pharmacy as his academic foundation, he has enriched his spiritual knowledge through rigorous religious studies, including HRC, TTP, SL, TEP SL, TTP(PL), PPP, and GQP. He is honored with the Jamati title of Huzur Mukhi, a testament to his commitment to faith and leadership.

Mr. Darediya Sanjay Ramanbhai has been serving as a Religious Education (RE) Teacher since 1996—a role he continues to fulfill with deep sincerity and passion till date. His journey of service began with the Local Council of Dhanduka Botad (1996– 2007) and expanded to key positions in AKEB (1996–1997), AKSW, and ITREB (1997–1998). He also contributed as an RE teacher in Karimnagar Botad and held responsibilities as Honorary Secretary of ITREB, along with serving three terms as Mukhi Saheb of the Botad Chandraat Majlis.

His leadership expanded further as Chairman of AKYSB (2005–2006) and Chairman of AKHB (2006–2007), roles that reflect his dedication to youth development and community engagement. Since 2022, Mr. Darediya Sanjay Ramanbhai has been a proud Committee Member of The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad, where he continues to make a lasting impact.

Currently, he serves as an RE Teacher for PL Botad (2024–2025) and is also providing personal tuition to all students at The Aga Khan Hostel, highlighting his continued commitment to the holistic growth of the younger generation.

Guided by a vision to empower youth to build careers in fields of their choice, Mr. Raman’s five-year plan includes pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and undertaking formal studies in Islamic History at the Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS).

Mr. Alijah Mohamed Hussein Fidai Hussein Himani

Born on March 24, 1950, Mr. Alijah Mohamed Hussein Fidai Hussein Himani stands as a towering figure of dedication, leadership, and lifelong service to Jamati institutions. A graduate of the University of Ahmedabad, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1971 and has since devoted himself wholeheartedly to community development.

With a remarkable 54 years of continuous seva, Mr. Alijah Mohamed Hussein Fidai Hussein Himani has held numerous distinguished roles across Jamati platforms. He has served as a Committee Member of The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad since 1992—a testament to his unwavering commitment to youth and education. His leadership journey includes 9 years as a Dhanduka Council Member, 6 years as General Kamadiya Saheb of the City Jamatkhana, and an impressive 10 years as General Mukhi Saheb at City Jamat Khana.

Mr. Alijah Mohamed Hussein Fidai Hussein Himani also contributed to the Life Majlis, serving 3 years each as Kamadiya Saheb and Mukhi Saheb, and was at the forefront of academic guidance as Chairman of the Education Board for Dhanduka for 6 years.

Recognized for his wisdom and fair judgment, he served for 3 years on the Conciliation and Arbitration Board for the NEG, and notably, held the role of ISP Conveyor overseeing coordination across multiple boards—underscoring his multifaceted expertise and visionary leadership.

His enduring presence within the community continues to inspire generations, and we are privileged to benefit from his wisdom, grace, and tireless service.

Mr. Firozali Sakurbhai Rupani

Mr. Firozali Sakurbhai Rupani is a distinguished individual whose steadfast dedication to Jamati institutions spans four decades, from 1985 to 2025. Honored with the revered Jamati title of Huzur Mukhi, his service journey reflects unwavering commitment, humility, and leadership.

Educated up to the 8th standard, Mr. Rupani has demonstrated that impactful community service transcends formal qualifications.

Throughout his years of seva, Mr. Rupani has contributed to numerous institutions:

In his professional life, Mr. Rupani is the owner of Prince Traders Wholesale Merchant, a successful wholesale merchant enterprise.

Mr. Rupani’s enduring spirit of service, community leadership, and nurturing mentorship continue to inspire generations. His presence on the Committee is a treasured asset, and we are grateful for his tireless efforts in building a stronger, value-driven future.

Mr. Firozali Sakurbhai Rupani

Mr. Vicky B. Kheraj

Born on June 13, 1985, Mr. Vicky B. Kheraj is a practicing Chartered Accountant based in Botad, with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) qualification and FCA credentials. His professional acumen is matched by his compassion and dedication to empowering young minds through education and mentorship. For the past 10 years, Mr. Vicky B. Kheraj has served as a Committee Member at The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad, playing a vital role in nurturing the academic and personal development of students. His vision for the hostel is deeply rooted in empathy and ambition—he strives to ensure that every child feels confident, supported, and never underprivileged. His goal is to help students move to the next level, overcome challenges, and ultimately achieve their dreams.

With a belief that education is the key to transformation, Mr. Vicky B. Kheraj works tirelessly to assist hostel students in building strong foundations that prepare them for life’s opportunities. His unwavering support has made a lasting impact on the youth of Botad and beyond. We are proud to have Mr. Vicky B. Alijah Mr. Rajesh Habibbhai Chunara

Born on January 3, 1963, Alijah Mr. Rajesh Habibbhai Chunara is a respected leader whose decades of service and visionary guidance have significantly shaped institutional progress. A graduate of Bachelor of Commerce in 1983, Mr. Chunara has been rooted in Jamati service since early adulthood, marked by both dedication and humility.

His religious and institutional journey began in 1983 with foundational training in Religious Education (RE) and TTP, setting the stage for impactful leadership roles that followed. He served as Chairman of ITREB for an impressive six-year term from 1995 to 2002, followed by his role as Honorary Secretary of the Dhandhuka Council from 2002 to 2005, where his strategic vision and administrative skill were widely appreciated.

From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Chunara held the honorable position of Mukhi Saheb at Head Quarter Karimnagar, providing spiritual leadership and community support over a remarkable seven-year tenure. His commitment to conflict resolution and ethical governance was further reflected in his contribution to the Regional Conciliation and Arbitration Board for Northern Saurashtra from 2021 to 2024.

Professionally, Mr. Chunara is an accomplished businessman, balancing his entrepreneurial pursuits with his unwavering dedication to Jamati causes. In 2024, he joined the team at The Aga Khan Hostel, Botad as a Committee Member, bringing his vast experience and compassionate perspective to support youth development and educational excellence.

With deep roots in both service and leadership, Alijah Mr. Chunara continues to be a torchbearer of integrity and progress, inspiring generations through action, example, and heartfelt dedication.

Alijah Mr. Rajesh Habibbhai Chunara

Mr. Nasurddinbhai Nazaralibhai Nurani

An inspiring educator, mentor, and community leader whose career spans over three decades of impactful service in the field of education.

Born on 27th January 1968, Shri Nurani began his teaching journey in 1988, driven by a deep commitment to learning, innovation, and student empowerment. Since his arrival in Botad in 2012, he has been a vital part of our academic community, serving at Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Nagar Primary School No. 24, where his dynamic approach to teaching Science and Mathematics—infused with practical experiments, multimedia tools, and real-world relevance—has left a lasting impression on countless students.

An alumnus of the same hostel where he now serves, Shri Nurani brings a rare combination of personal connection and professional excellence to his role on the Hostel Committee, now in his second year. His involvement extends far beyond routine responsibilities—he is a compassionate mentor, a pillar of support, and a tireless advocate for student well-being, discipline, and holistic development.

His academic qualifications— P.T.C., B.A. in History, Hindi Vinit, and C.C.C.—are a reflection of his continuous pursuit of knowledge and educational growth. A firm believer in experiential learning, Shri Nurani has led numerous student projects to district, state, and national-level science fairs, earning accolades for innovative ideas such as eco-friendly mosquito repellents and energy-saving gas systems.

Beyond the classroom, Shri Nurani has served in numerous honorary roles that reflect his leadership and service ethos, including:

• Honorary Secretary in ITREB, Health, and Aga Khan Pre-School

• Member of the Aga Khan Education Board and contributor to Social Welfare

• Former Baytul Khayal Kamadiya at Jamatkhana.

He is also an author, having contributed to the state-level publication Nivedha Shiksha Ka Indradhanush, and was part of a world-record initiative involving over 51,000 students collecting 151,000 plastic bottles—an inspiring example of environmental awareness in action.
